GETTING A NOSE JOB IN KOREA 2022

By | Plastic Surgery | No Comments

The nose plays an important role in establishing a natural and aesthetically-pleasing look. Rhinoplasty, which is often referred to as a ‘nose job,’ is typically performed to address breathing problems brought about by irregularities in the structure of the nose or give it a more aesthetically pleasing look. Because the nose sits at the center of the face, it plays a crucial role in your overall appearance.  Unfortunately, not all of us are lucky enough to be born with a nose that sits in harmony with the rest of our features. Luckily, rhinoplasty can address these issues. Here at Seoul Guide Medical we have many staff (including our CEO) who have had rhinoplasty done. We have a lot of experience and will explain more about the procedure and the surgeons who perform it in this article.

South Korea is known for having the most experienced, well trained and highly sought-after plastic surgeons in the world. The education system in Korea is one of the most competitive in the world. To become a doctor you must be in the top 1% amongst those in this highly competitive society. Then to become a plastic surgeon you must be in the top 1% of that 1%. Finally, to practice plastic surgery in Gangnam (the center of plastic surgery in the country), you must be in the cream of the crop amongst those top 1% of the 1%. Surgeons here work Monday to Saturday usually and tend to specialize much more than doctors in less competitive societies. When doctors start they often work in bigger clinics or hospitals doing many cases per day. Before they ever open their own practice they’ve already done thousands of surgeries.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN GETTING A NOSE JOB IN SOUTH KOREA

Many people desire to have a more symmetrical nose and opt to have rhinoplasty as a solution. Ideally, we would all have perfectly symmetrical starting points so the end result is also perfectly symmetrical. The truth is that your starting point will determine your outcome. Rarely is anyone symmetrical to start out with and so the result will not be perfectly balanced. It will end up around 85% of what you think is possible. This is where reality hits expectations. One nostril may be originally wider than the other. Your jaw may not be aligned correctly and your nose will be straight but it may look slightly off since your face is slightly off. In short, your nose will look much better than it looks now! But we have to remember that there are limitations caused by our own bodies. If we go in with proper expectations we will end up with a much better experience.

Rhinoplasty in Korea can help you achieve your anticipated results with regard to:

  • The symmetry of the nose
  •  Proper nose size proportionate to facial balance
  •  Correct nose width at the bridge
  •  Size and position of the nostrils
  • A more desirable nose profile by correcting visible humps or depressions on the bridge of the nose
  • Improved nasal tip that is enlarged or bulbous, droopy, or hooked
  •  Improved nostrils that are large, wide, or upturned

Rhinoplasty in Korea  is a personalized surgical procedure that involves a consultation with a surgeon to talk about your preferred appearance. The surgeon will then consider the patient’s facial features, skin type, ethnic background, and age when discussing cosmetic nose surgery.

Although generally minor, the surgeon will also go over the risk factors as well as which areas of the nose need to be improved. Young patients are generally advised to avoid having a rhinoplasty until their facial bones are fully developed, which is at 15- or 16-years-old, except in cases of substantial deformity or injury, or to correct breathing problems.

Before the Procedure

Prior to your surgery, we here at Seoul Guide Medical will give you instructions to follow, which may include:

  •  Stopping any blood thinners or other medicines from a list that your doctor will give you.
  • Undergoing some routine tests to make sure it is safe for you to have surgery.
  • Avoiding cigarettes at least 2 to 3 weeks before and after surgery to speed up the healing process.
  •  Arranging for someone to being you home after surgery if necessary.

During the Procedure

Rhinoplasty in Korea is typically performed either in a surgeon’s clinic, a hospital, or an outpatient center. The surgery may take about 1 to 4 hours to complete. On average it takes 2-3 hours but it depends on the difficulty of the case.

Depending on how complex your nose surgery is, you will be needing either general anesthesia or local anesthesia with sedation. Before surgery, it is best that you discuss with your doctor which type of anesthesia is most suitable for you.

Types of Rhinoplasty

Your surgeon has several ways of addressing the manner in which to alter the form of your nasal bones or cartilage in rhinoplasty. These are dependent on the structure of your nose, how much needs to be added or removed, and the presented materials.

Most nose surgeries can be categorized into two types: closed or open.

  •  Closed surgery. The closed technique in rhinoplasty is done by creating incisions within the inside of the nose. This procedure is usually applied when the required surgery is minimally invasive. This is rarely done in Korea as there are too many limitations and higher risks since the surgeon can’t see exactly what is happening.
  • Open surgery. During open surgery, your doctor may opt for a small external incision between your nostrils at the base of your nose where he can fine-tune the bone and cartilage under your skin. This is by far the preferred method as the surgeon can see exactly what is happening. It is safer and the results will be better usually.

Sometimes, the surgeon uses cartilage taken from your ear or from deeper inside your nose to be used for small changes. This cartilage is normally used to create a strut for the nose tip. This strutt helps to hold your nose into the right position. Implants on the tip area are normally not used in Korea because your nose skin is thin in the tip. Place an implant would cause redness and those tip thinning in the long run.  Donated cartilage can be used for the tip or the bridge of the nose. Rib cartilage can also be used but this requires a small incision to be made on your rib and will lead to a small scar. It also adds time and cost to the surgery and is usually not necessary. The bridge of the nose can be augmented to have a higher height. This is normally done with a silicone implant. Gore-Tex can be used but it adheres too well to the surrounding tissue and can cause future issues. Silicone is the gold standard. Some patients request a taller nose via cartilage. This is not a good idea as cartilage that is placed over such a vast area tends to absorb or warp leading to problems in the look. An implant is a much better idea in most cases.

After the Procedure

After your rhinoplasty in Korea, you will usually be allowed to leave the clinic after 2-3 hours unless you require more time. In difficult cases you will be held overnight for observation. You will be experiencing congestion, along with swelling and some bruising around the eyes, although these will start to get better after about the third day. It is also natural to have mild to moderate discomfort, as well as headaches, after your surgery.

Normally, the dressings in your nose will stay in place for one to seven days after surgery. In 3 to 5 days, the nasal packing may be removed, which will make you feel more comfortable. Stitches and taping are usually removed on the 7th day but sometimes internal stitches are removed on the 10th day.

You will also be donning a nose splint and cast for protection and support for around 5 days depending on your case. It is also advised that you sleep with your head elevated to 15-20 degrees higher for about three days after surgery. Cold compress around the nose and the eyes will help diminish edema and bruises significantly.

FAQs

How is rhinoplasty different from septoplasty?

Rhinoplasty and septoplasty are surgical procedures that involve the nose. Whereas rhinoplasty is done to change the shape and visual appearance of the nose, septoplasty is performed to improve breathing by straightening the nasal septum. Often, rhinoplasty and septoplasty are merged together to improve both the shape and function of the nose.

How long is the recovery period?

There will be some swelling after rhinoplasty. However, you should be able to go back to your daily social activities besides exercise, drinking and smoking after 2-3 days. Our own CEO was back at work the next day after his rhinoplasty and most of our patients are out shopping after 2-3 days or touring. That being said you will have a bit of bleeding for 2-3 days and have bruising and swelling. After 3-4 weeks it doesn’t seem that you had a surgical procedure done but you may think you are still swollen. This feeling may last for around 3 months. By then, almost all your swelling is gone. Lastly, the final shape and form of your nose will become apparent about six months after healing but full internal healing can take up to 1 year.

Are there risks in getting rhinoplasty in Korea?

As with all other surgeries, rhinoplasty does have some risks. However, these risks are minor and it is uncommon for complications to arise from the surgery. Prior to the operation, your surgeon will discuss the surgery’s risks and benefits comprehensively.

What is the average price for a nose job in South Korea?

Getting a nose job in Korea has become so common and acceptable not only for its relative affordability but also for its impact on a person’s self-confidence and well-being.

South Korean nose surgeries are relatively cheaper than in other parts of the world when compared at the same level. For the level of quality here you would be paying 5-10 times more abroad. Prices depend on the number of parts, the amount of work, the difficulty of work, the level of doctor, the market conditions and more. A super simple 1 part case, possible without sedation can be as low as 2000 USD. A very complex, multiple revision case can go 10,000 USD – 15,000 USD. For an average rhinoplasty (1st time case you can expect to pay 4,000 USD to 8,000 USD depending on the level of doctor skill and their pricing guidelines. Keep in mind a popular doctor who is very skilled will not do a rhinoplasty for you at 4,000 USD or near that. Seoul Guide Medical will provide you with a list of multiple clinics and their costs so you can compare pricing and what is offered.

South Korea continues to be a world leader in plastic surgery and getting a rhinoplasty in the country is one of the most routine procedures that anyone can avail. International patients keep traveling to Korea for medical tourism because of their reasonable pricing, top class surgeons and results. All things considered, rhinoplasty in South Korea is one that is worth considering. Still, it is best that you always check in with a doctor before finally pushing through with any procedures, and review all treatment options that are available to avoid disappointments and for you to minimize any risks of something going wrong.

Your Guide to Getting Zygoma Reduction in Korea

By | Plastic Surgery | No Comments

Have you ever thought about reducing your cheekbones? There are many people just like you who have thought about reducing their cheekbones and have undergone plastic surgery to get the look they want. This article, created by the experts at Seoul Guide Medical, will explain in detail an overview of what cheekbone reduction entails.

What is the Zygomatic Bone?

The cheekbone, also known as the Zygomatic or Zygoma bone, determines a large part of the face. It shapes the face and therefore also determines the facial width. This bone can be reduced and shaped to create a smaller protrusion resulting in a more well-balanced look. South Korean plastic surgeons are the pioneers in this field and the experts in zygoma reduction.

Here are a few things you need to think of before packing your bags and coming to South Korea for zygoma reduction through Seoul Guide Medical.

What You Need to Know:

As mentioned above, the cheekbone is also known as the zygoma bone. This bone goes from the upper part of the cheek, below the eye, near the nose. Then it continues from the upper part of the cheek, below the eye to near the sideburn area.

The Surgery

With this surgery, there are a few steps the plastic surgeon will follow. However, each plastic surgeon has their own “handwriting” so it may differ slightly. Generally, the surgery will take about 1 hour to complete. Here is what you can expect by going through Seoul Guide Medical on your surgery day:

  1) Our expert SGM in clinic consultant will take you through a final consultation and the paperwork needed to get your surgery.

  2) You will enter the surgery area and undergo anesthesia. This means you will be asleep during the procedure and not feel pain. This procedure is usually done under general anesthesia which requires fasting beforehand for 6-8 hours normally but this can change depending on the doctor’s methods.

  3) The surgeon will make one incision inside the mouth and a second incision on skin, near the sideburn to provide access to the zygomatic bone (cheekbone). If the bone is simply cut vertically, only a small reduction is possible in facial width. To maximize your own body’s potential, expert surgeons can make two distinctive cuts. The first cut, near the nose area, can have High-L Osteotomy. This methods calculates the maximal malar projection (MMP), and then the most protruded part of the cheekbone can be reduced. This ensures a 30-9 degree wide area reduction of the cheekbone. By contrast, the Low-L Osteotomy method makes the cut or fracture on the bottom side of the zygoma allow thus only allowing a 45-90 degree lateral area reduction. The result of this method is a non-optimal reduction in the cheekbone.

The next cut the surgeon makes is near the ear and sideburn. If the cut is done in a diagonal manner, the most amount of protrusion reduction can occur. If the cut is done in a perpendicular manner, the reduction in facial width will be less. After each cut, the excess zygomatic bone will be removed and the remaining bone pushed inwards.

  4) The cheekbone is reattached in desired place and fixated with screws to make it secured and so it can heal on its own. Drains are usually placed as to prevent excess fluid build-up. These will be removed the day after surgery. These screws won’t set off any metal detection alarms, such as those at the airport.

  5) The incisions are then closed with stitches and the healing process can begin.

This description can always change due to the patient’s needs. For this surgery, the bone needs to be double fixed and thus requires small screws with possible attaching plates.

Screws and plates might sound scary but it’s for your own benefit. These processes help the cheekbone to heal correctly without causing permanent damage. Dissolving screws and plates can also be used in cases like this but there isn’t a lot of research done on it yet. Possible issues could be infection due to low degradation. If an infection occurs and it is too severe, the plates need to be removed or if there is no plate, internal damage could occur. Therefore, we recommend the standard titanium screws, because we know that they work. It has proven itself over time.

Low-L Osteotomy and High-L Osteotomy

As described in the previous steps, there are two main methods to reduce cheekbone projection from the front part near the nose. This area has the greatest impact on the reduction of facial width so we will explain it in a bit more detail here.

There are 2 different kinds of cuts when it comes to this surgery. One is Low-L osteotomy, also known as Low-L, which is a cut at between 45-90 degrees. This is done by creating a cut towards the backside of the cheekbone’s highest point. However, an issue with this cut can be that there is not enough reduction and the change would be too small for the patient’s satisfaction.

The method that is mostly preferred is the High-L Osteotomy, also known just as High-L, which is a cut at between 30-90 degrees. This is done by creating a cut towards the front of the cheekbone. This cut provides more volume to be reduced which can satisfy the patient the best.

To put it simply: A Low-L cut will give you a small reduction and a High-L cut will give a bigger reduction.

After Surgery

Since cheekbone reduction is considered to be major surgery, there will be some side effects. You could experience the following things:

      Bleeding

      Infection

      Anaesthesia risks

      Hematoma and skin discoloration

      Scarring

      Pain

This is why choosing only the top team to perform your surgery is important and why Seoul Guide Medical exists. We are here to make sure you get the best doctors, the best team, and the best experience. Our recommended plastic surgeon will of course explain everything to you and have the utmost care for you as their patient.

After the surgery, it is recommended not to exercise too strenuously for 1-2 months and only go on short walks. Walking is important for your recovery as it speeds it up. Staying in bed all day actually slows it down. Here is an outline of the recovery schedule that you can expect but it will differ a bit from person to person:

First, there is the day of the surgery. We will assist and be at your complete service to make this day as comfortable as possible. When you wake up after the surgery we will be there as well to help you with anything you might need.

Aftercare Visits

The day of the surgery and is now over and we’ll transfer to the aftercare visits. The first visit is already after 3 days. On this day they’ll disinfect the wound, check the process, and as an additional treatment will provide you with shampoo service.

The next visit is a week after surgery where we will take you to the clinic again and APL or infrared management that helps cleanse and remove dead skin cells, regenerate skin and relieve swelling.

The third visit is two weeks after the surgery. On this day the sutures will be removed, and the plastic surgeon will use RF radio frequency or ultrasonic treatment for healing and reducing the swelling.

After this, the visits get a lot less frequent. There should be periodic progress checks in the next 1 to 6 months, where the surgeon will perform a CT scan or X-ray to check on the internal healing process.

The healing process is as followed. After 1-3 months 80% of the wounds have been healed. In this time period, you can return to your daily things. However, you should still be careful with the restrictions the doctor gave you beforehand, like no smoking, no swimming and if you practice boxing, don’t receive hits to the face or don’t box for the time being.

After 6 months 95% of the wounds have been healed. However, things could still be sore and you should treat the area with care. You’re now halfway through the healing face and although 95% of the wounds have been healed, it still isn’t 100%.

After 12 months 99% of the wounds have recovered. At this stage, internal healing will go at a much slower rate and it can take up to 1-2 years for full internal healing in some cases. Most cases will have recovered fully internally at this point.

As for the swelling, after 1 month you will look normal to others but you’ll see some swelling. This swelling will be 80% gone by 3 months. From this time on, improvements in swelling will go slower. After 6 months all swelling should be gone and only internal healing is left.

Before and After Photos

To get a better visual idea of what the surgery will do and how it’ll make your face look, here are some photos for you to visualize it better.

Is it for me?

First, it’s very important to know if this is something for you. If you’re not satisfied with your facial width because of the broadness of the cheekbones, then this procedure could be for you. Do note that the best individuals for this procedure are:

Individuals who have broad cheeks due to wide cheekbones

Individuals who have good overall health

Individuals who are not satisfied with their facial width due to their “chubby” cheeks

Individuals that have realistic expectations of the results of the surgery

The last point about having realistic expectations of the results of the surgery is very important. Often it is found that when people want to undergo surgery, they have an image in their mind of the end result. This however might not be realistic. When undergoing zygomatic reduction surgery, the plastic surgeon will cut into bone. In the face are a lot of nerves and blood vessels and other structures thus are limited to what the final result can be. The result has to be in balance with your other features and is limited by your own structures. You will be able to improve as much as you can improve so having realistic expectations is key.

What can I do before the surgery?

First, it’s important to remember that cheekbone reduction surgery or zygoma reduction is considered to be major surgery. This means that patients have to follow strict preparation instructions before they undergo surgery. This entails:

No drinking or eating at least 6 hours before the start of the operation but some doctors prefer fasting to happen for longer periods

No aspirin, anti-inflammatory, and herbal medication approximately 2 weeks before the scheduled operation

No smoking at least 4 weeks before the procedure if possible

No alcoholic beverages 2 days before surgery

–          Stop taking vitamins for 1-2 weeks before the surgery according to the doctor’s recommendations

How much will it cost?

The price range is difficult to determine since there are a lot of factors that all play a role. These are things like the level of clinic, the difficulty of the case and the length, time of the surgery, and the level of doctor within the clinic. For example: is the doctor a specialist? How much experience does he have? How often do they perform the procedure? We at Seoul Guide Medical check all of this and all of the doctors are SGM-verified.

With this being said, and mentioning again that all of these factors play a role in the price range, the price range for Zygomatic reduction surgery is around 4000 USD  to 9000 USD. Paying the most expensive price is not always necessary but it depends on your case.  Similarly, expert doctors will not want to do surgeries at the lowest pricing points since they are in demand and their schedules are full. The exact pricing point is best determined by going through a Seoul Guide Medical full consultation and getting a customized treatment plan.

FAQ

Will the metal screws and plate in the Zygomatic bone be seen when going to security at the airport?

How long does it take for a cheekbone to heal?

Even with the screws (and plates) in place it still takes about 6 weeks to heal completely. During this period it’s important to be careful to avoid an injury to this area of your face as it may cause the cheekbone to move out of position.

Does it hurt to have cheekbone reduction surgery?

According to plastic surgeons, cheekbone reduction surgery can be experienced with a minimal amount of pain. At Seoul Guide Medical we’re happy to help if you have any concerns.

If I get cheekbone reduction surgery, will I get sagging cheeks?

For those people who experience sagging skin easily, such as who has less elasticity in their skin, the doctor can perform a skin tightening technique where an anchoring system is placed on the inside, towards the nose, of the screws and plate. This will make sure the skin keeps its tightness.

What can I eat after cheekbone surgery?

The incisions will also be on the inside of your mouth, therefore it could be best to avoid hard and sharp foods, like chips or candy. Try to eat soft food such as rice porridge or soups.

How can I heal faster after plastic surgery?

To heal the fastest you should: Take all medication the doctor prescribed Walking is a great way to speed up your recovery Maintain a healthy diet. Include lots of fruit and vegetables. Nose Job in Korea – Guide to Nose Plastic Surgery in Korea

By | Plastic Surgery | No Comments

The nose is a major part of our everyday life, both aesthetically and functionally. The nose makes up about 1/3 of the face and plays a significant role in how symmetric someone’s face appears overall. It also enables us to breathe comfortably and have things like a good night’s rest. It can become an area of fixation for someone who dislikes their nose and cause insecurity, as well as cause physical discomfort if it is not functioning properly. If you feel that your nose has been hindering you or holding you back, considering a nose job also known as Rhinoplasty may be an appealing solution for you.

What is a Nose Job?

This is considered an ‘umbrella name’ for a variety of operations that involve changing the nose shape, meaning it is not specific to one kind of surgery, but any that include operating on the nose. There are two main ways to categorize most nose jobs, being either cosmetic or functional. Cosmetic procedures are those that are done simply because you are dissatisfied with the appearance of your nose, and would like to change it, but the nose functions as usual. Functional procedures are those that are done because the nose does not work correctly, which can cause issues, particularly when breathing.

Functional procedures can often be combined with cosmetic procedures. Often, when correcting a functional issue, a more preferred nose shape is also achieved. Once this distinction has been made, there are a variety of procedures that you can choose from for a nose job, which will be discussed further along. However, often when people are referring to nose jobs, they usually are referring to rhinoplasty, which will also be addressed.

Surgery in Korea in Korea

A quick discussion about plastic surgery throughout history quickly shows how South Korea came to be recognized as the plastic surgery capital of the world. Beginning with the first World War, the field of plastic surgery came to be invented by a man named Harold Gillies. He created the field by helping to reconstruct the faces of soldiers who had suffered from the war. He was, however, limited since, at the time, Europe didn’t see the field as ‘necessary.’ Later, he took on an apprentice named Ralph Millard, who took over as a successor of the field by the second World War.

This all is relevant because later, Millard came to South Korea for the Korean War. Due to the limited restrictions, he was able to innovate many of the techniques practiced today on soldiers who had been disfigured at the time. Since then, plastic surgery exploded throughout South Korea, and often the country has been trendsetting in different methods used nowadays.

Surgical vs. Non-surgical Nose Job

1) Surgical Nose plastic Surgery

a)  This method has two main approaches that used to be somewhat of a debate, but lately, there have been efforts in the scientific community to ‘simplify’ rhinoplasty. The general idea is to simplify the process to reduce the need for revision cases later, as there has been a noticeable trend in the rise of revision cases with the more options being introduced. Therefore, the two main incision site approaches are:

    1. Open (transcolumellar)
      1. This has been the approach that most surgeons have begun leaning towards in efforts to simplify the procedure. This is because it allows full view and access to the structures inside the nose. This enables the surgeon to see all options and the best approach for each nose, particularly in more complicated cases or revision cases. However, the incision site is located on the bottom of the nose, on the column that separates the two airways. A scar may be left, though this is unlikely, and it would be virtually invisible once recovered, as seen below

how nose job done

      2. Closed (endonasal)

          1. This method is becoming less frequently used due to the difficulty the plastic surgeon has viewing the structures of the nose. Therefore, if this method is used, it is generally used for more uncomplicated cases. An advantage of this method is the fact that all incisions are made inside of the nose, so that no scars will be visible.

      b) The main issues that are addressed with surgical nose jobs are a dorsal hump, a wide tip, or a crooked nose.

2) Non-Surgical Nose Plastic Surgery

b) This method is something to consider if you are someone who does not want to have surgery, is worried about the expenses of operation, or is unsure about fully committing to a procedure. It involves no downtime, as no actual surgery is performed. It is important to mention that this method will not reduce the size of your nose. Still, it can address problems such as humps or adding volume, and often addressing these issues has the effect of seeming to reduce the size of the nose due to the increased symmetry.

Liquid rhinoplasty is an option in which a filler is injected into the site that needs to be smoothed out or have volume added in. The main downside of this treatment is that it is not permanent; therefore, you will need maintenance treatments to keep your results.

Nose Plastic Surgery Procedure

This varies between surgical and non-surgical, but both will be addressed below.

1) Surgical

a) A benefit to the surgical method is the ability to use devices such as grafts, which help create a more defined nose. Examples of grafts include alloplasts, homografts, and autografts. Each come with their share of advantages and disadvantages, but it is found the least likely to cause complications are autografts.

    1. Open
      1. This procedure generally takes longer since most operations involving this method are more complicated.
      2. The surgeon will cut along the columellar, as well as the inside of the nostrils, as shown below.
      3. Then skin and muscle will be pulled back to allow a full view of the structures.
      4. Depending on what procedure(s) you chose, the plastic surgeon will continue with the procedure at his discretion.
      5. The nose will be wrapped in a splint to protect it until it is less likely to move from the chosen position.

            2. Closed

    1. This method is used for more straightforward procedures; therefore, it generally takes less time to perform.
    2. The surgeon will create incisions inside of the nose on the columellar, as shown below.
    3. They will then proceed with the procedure(s) at their discretion.
    4. The nose will be wrapped in a splint to prevent it from moving.

closed nose job in Korea

1) Non-Surgical

a) Liquid rhinoplasty

    1. No anesthesia is required; however, local anesthesia is available at the patients’ request.
    2. The total time is 15-20 minutes.
    3. The area will be sterilized to avoid any infection, and then the surgeon will inject the filler of your choice until the desired shape and volume is achieved.

Nose Job Recovery

1) Surgical

Immediately after surgery, expect the nose and parts of the face to experience swelling and bruising, particularly underneath the eyes. It is also not uncommon to experience uneven swelling in different parts of the face. It is essential to ice the area for the initial days after surgery, as well as sleeping with the head elevated to help with drainage and swelling.

The swelling and bruising should have largely decreased by the end of the first month; however, there may be some residual swelling for a couple of months afterwards. Therefore, you should be attending all scheduled appointments to make sure the nose is healing correctly. You should also be cautious of touching or any rough movements such as blowing the nose or sneezing. Final results should become visible anywhere from 6 months to a year after the procedure.

2) Non-surgical

There is virtually nothing that you need to do, and results should be mostly visible immediately after surgery, however the nose may set some more after the injections. Maintenance treatments should be done every 4-6 weeks.

Nose Job Before and After

1) Surgical

With this procedure, any issues dealing with the nose can be addressed, particularly if it involves functionality issues, revision, complex first procedures, or any sort of minimizing of an area of the nose.

2) Non-Surgical

This is a reminder that though results are commendable, this will not be able to decrease the size of the nose, only help smoothen it.

A nose job can be an excellent solution for you if you are dealing with both, or either, a cosmetic or functional issue.
